Editor In Chief Yanming An
Yanming An is Professor of Chinese and Philosophy at Clemson University. He received his Ph.D. in Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Michigan, USA and M.A. and B.A. from Fudan University, China. Before coming to Clemson University, he served at the Institute of Philosophy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the University of Michigan, and Princeton University. The academic fields in which he has worked include classical Confucianism and Daoism, the influence of Buddhism on the formation of Neo-Confucianism, the Hegel-Marx tradition, the philosophical movement from Phenomenology to hermeneutics, and comparative philosophy. He has published extensively in both Chinese and English, in original writing and in translation.
