Prof. Dr. Fernando Galindo
. Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Zaragoza. Professor of "Philosophy of Law", "Ethics and Law", "Computer Science and Law", "Ethics and Legislation for Engineers" and "Electronic Government". Research projects (R + D + i) on: a communicative concept of law, access to legal texts, judicial communications over the Internet, security of electronic communications through the use of encryption and electronic signature. Head of the Research Group on Data Protection, Documentation and Multiculturalism (until 2019). He is currently part of the Information and documentation of heritage in digital culture Research Group. Postdoctoral studies and research stays in Frankfurt an Main (Germany, 1981), Bremen (Germany, 1984), Louisiana State Law Institute (USA, 1986) and Münster (1987). Joint research between 1992 and 1993 with the Universities of Linz and Vienna (Austria), 1995 and 1996 with Queen's University Belfast (United Kingdom), since 2007 with the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). Advisor (since 1997) of the public key certification services SISCER and FESTE and several telecommunications and software firms. Organizer in October 1995 of the Workshop "Cryptography, privacy and informative self-determination", School of Engineering and Faculty of Law, Univ. of Zaragoza. Author, editor and co-editor of more than two hundred and fifty publications, including 10 books.

Dr. Naveed ul Haq
is presently serving as a Member Judicial Customs in the Federal Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Law and Justice. He did his M.A (English) and LL.B from University of Punjab. He  has obtained  LL.M and Ph.D from University of Karachi. His doctoral topic was "Impact of Sales Tax on the National Economy of Pakistan". He has been engaged in close co-operation with the Government of Sindh in drafting 'Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011 and "The Sindh Revenue Board Act, 2010". He was the former Member Executive Committee of Supreme Court  of |Pakistan. He  has been  engaged  in  Court litigation  especially  in the field of constitutional, Civil, Banking and Tax laws for more than 30 years. At his credit, there are a plethora of case laws  at  various courts of law including High Court, Shariat Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has delivered a  lecture  to the  judges  and legal  fraternity  of Sindh on a Banking topic "Diminishing Musharaka". He has  actively participated  in the  various  conferences  under "SAARC  LAW" held  at Karachi,  Nepal and  Sri Lanka. He was  the past President of Rotary International Club Karachi (Sharqi)".
