Abstract: The study is an eye opener into areas of Islamic Marketing that are becoming more substantial and have not been addressed. In advertisements, Halal is considered a brand that holds significant value for Muslim consumers. Furthermore, Halal branding especially in advertising has emerged as a new type of marketing advertisement. Such emergence has caused businesses to reconsider their advertising approach to attract new and retain old consumers. The study is aimed at providing an enhanced understanding on the role of advertising and branding towards Halal consumption. The role is further studied upon through extensive literature review and empirical data collection involving Muslim consumers. Analysis of data collected implied that existing insights on religious consumption is lopsided compared to the blooming Halal market particularly the perception of Muslim consumers towards Halal branding. Abstract: In the modern world, cybercrime in the field of payment processing as a phenomenon is developing rapidly. Highly developed, developing and least-developed states become victims of cyberattacks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of the international community and a number of states in combating cybercrime in the field of payment processing. International and regional (on the example of the Council of Europe) legal regulation of the fight against this type of crime were analyzed. The data on the size of losses caused by cybercrime to the world economy are analyzed according to the latest report from the Center for Strategic and International Studies for 2018, the World Economic Forum for 2019, DLA Piper GDPR for the period January-April 2020. Besides, using the example of the Russian Federation, quantitative indicators of the growth of cybercrime and the level of its detection for the period from 2018 to April 2020 were investigated. Comparison of the experience of individual states and its analysis made it possible to single out the best possible measures to counter cybercrime in the field of financial processing. The necessity of interstate cooperation to counter cybercrime in the field of payment processing is indicated. However, due to the presence of significant differences in the legal systems of all states, it is proposed to interact within the framework of regional communities with gradual transfer to international interaction. The priority is given to precisely preventive measures to counter cybercrime in the field of payment processing.

Abstract: This study examines the professional actions of health workers during the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic from the point of view of criminological assessment in the context of labor relations. With the help of political and legal analysis and a comparative legal method, the work considers the international practice of assessing the actions of medical workers from the standpoint of criminal responsibility, political and legal initiatives concerning the protection of the rights of medical workers during the spread of a pandemic and quarantine measures. This study argues for significantly broader criminal immunity for health workers during a pandemic. At the same time, the study gives grounds to assert that today the lack of sufficient empirical data and research complicates an objective assessment of the offender. At the same time, based on the results of this study, it is suggested that in the near future the number of investigations and appeals to the court on issues related to the professional activities of medical workers carried out during the spread of the pandemic will increase..

Abstract: PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat is the company that manages a regional football team in Indonesia, the Persib Bandung Football Team. The company already has a merchandise store for the football team, but PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat needs to open a store that is suitable for Persib supporters’ desires. This study aims to discover whether or not building a new PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat merchandise store is financially feasible for PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat. As a result of this study, this project is shown to be financially feasible because this project will be profitable for the company and give a good return. The NPV of this project is positive and the Profitability Index of this project is greater than one. IRR is greater than the Cost of Capital, and Discounted Payback Period is faster than the time projection of this project. However, one thing that needs to be monitored is that the company should maintain the COGS of this project in order to make certain the COGS do not change too much from the current assumptions that are used in this financial projection. A slight change of COGS will have a big impact on the profit of this project. The company also should ensure that the Target Market Growth of this project is not less than 3,20% because it will make this project unprofitable.
