Director of the International School of Public Health at the Northern State Medical University, Arkhangelsk, Russia (2009-2014). Professor (20% position) at the University of Tromsø, Norway (2009-2013). Professor at the International Kazakh-Turkish University, Turkestan, Kazakhstan (2015-). Professor of Public Health at the North-Eastern Federal University, Yakutsk, Russia (2016-). Graduated with honors from the Northern State Medical University (Arkhangelsk, Russia) in 1998. Obtained Master of Philosophy degree in International Community Health in Oslo University, Norway, in 2003 and doctoral degree in Medicine (dr.med) from Karolinska Insitute, Stockholm, Sweden. WHO consultant for the project on climate and health in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan (2010-2012). Project leader for many projects in Northwest Russia supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services.
