Associate Editor Naveed ul Haq

Dr. Naveed ul Haq is presently serving as a Member Judicial Customs in the Federal Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Law and Justice. He did his M.A (English) and LL.B from University of Punjab. He  has obtained  LL.M and Ph.D from University of Karachi. His doctoral topic was "Impact of Sales Tax on the National Economy of Pakistan". He has been engaged in close co-operation with the Government of Sindh in drafting 'Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011 and "The Sindh Revenue Board Act, 2010". He was the former Member Executive Committee of Supreme Court  of |Pakistan. He  has been  engaged  in  Court litigation  especially  in the field of constitutional, Civil, Banking and Tax laws for more than 30 years. At his credit, there are a plethora of case laws  at  various courts of law including High Court, Shariat Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has delivered a  lecture  to the  judges  and legal  fraternity  of Sindh on a Banking topic "Diminishing Musharaka". He has  actively participated  in the  various  conferences  under "SAARC  LAW" held  at Karachi,  Nepal and  Sri Lanka. He was  the past President of Rotary International Club Karachi (Sharqi)".
