Abstract: This cross-sectional study conducted to develop a model for predicting academic achievement of university students by investigating the relationship between teaching skills, academic emotions (positive and negative), and academic stress associated with Mindset (growth and fixed) using structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of 360 students of the Islamic Azad University of Hamedan who were selected randomly using a relative stratified method. The study was descriptive and correlational. The data were analyzed by SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS version 3.2.8. First, the validity of the model was estimated using Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, convergent validity, and divergent validity; then, the coefficient of determination, effect size, and Stone-Geisser criterion were calculated for evaluating the structural model. The results showed that the validity and adequacy of the suggested model were suitable. Thus, it could be used in different situations by experts in related areas. The relationship between growth Mindset and academic achievement was significant; growth Mindset moderated the effect of negative emotion and stress on academic achievement the crucial role of professor skills in the academic achievement of students was confirmed directly or through its effect on positive emotion. The effect of teaching skills was not significant on the academic achievement of students with fixed Mindset, while the effect of academic stress confirmed on these students. Therefore, the identification of students with fixed Mindset and psychological interventions for these students can be useful in their academic achievement and their mental health. Keywords: Teaching skill, academic emotion, academic stress, mindset, structural equation modeling, Smartpls, higher education.

Abstract: The State of Psychoemotional, Cytokine Status and Endothelial Function in Patients with Combined Surgical Pathology of the Abdominal Cavity, True Pelvis and Anterior Abdominal Wall, Depending on the Methodic of Simultaneous Surgical Intervention
The State of Psychoemotional, Cytokine Status and Endothelial Function in Patients with Combined Surgical Pathology of the Abdominal Cavity, True Pelvis and Anterior Abdominal Wall, Depending on the Methodic of Simultaneous Surgical Intervention - Pages 134-141 Lesya N. Abstract: The relevance of the study is in the fact that disorders of vascular and psychoneuroendocrine genesis often accompany surgical diseases, the issue of ensuring patient safety in the perioperative period remains the basic focus of modern clinical surgery. The purpose of the study is to identify changes in the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the functional state of the endothelium, and also to establish whether the transferred simultaneous surgical interventions intensified pro-inflammatory cytokines and changes in the functional state of the endothelium. In this article, changes in the level of proinflammatory cytokines and the functional state of the endothelium are studied, as well as the relationship of these changes with comorbid psychoemotional disorders when performing simultaneous surgical interventions by laparoscopic and open methods in combined diseases of organs of the abdominal and anterior abdominal wall. The authors carried out a prospective, randomized controlled study of 586 patients aged 18 to 72 years who underwent planned simultaneous surgical intervention (SSI) with combined diseases of the abdominal cavity, pelvis and anterior abdominal wall. In the course of the comparative analysis, a general trend was established: the simultaneous surgical interventions caused intensification of proinflammatory cytokines and changes in the functional state of the endothelium. Keywords: Simultaneous surgical interventions, Fast Track Surgery, proinflammatory cytokines, endothelial function, psychoemotional disorders.

Abstract: Formation of Anthropometric, Functional and Psychophysiological Indicators in Students of Medical Colleges under the Influence of Physical Activity
Formation of Anthropometric, Functional and Psychophysiological Indicators in Students of Medical Colleges under the Influence of Physical Activity - Pages 142-149 Svitlana V. Gordiichuk, Irena E. Abstract: Purpose: to define the dynamics of physical development indicators among medical college students in 2017 and to compare it with the results of the previous study of 2005. Conclusions: An increase in body mass index, the fat component in medical college students was revealed, which is related to problems in the quality of the students' diet. Though the muscle mass has increased, and the study indicates that there is insufficient physical activity; sustainability and concentration of attention indicators tend to decrease under the influence of intensification of the educational process. The dynamics of the indicators under analysis indicates the stabilization of the growth process in Ukrainian male students. Keywords: Students, physical constitution, anthropometry, sexual dimorphism, physical development, healthy lifestyle, physical training.

Abstract: Comparing Seroprotective Levels of IgG Antibody Against Single and Two Shots of Measles-Rubella-Mumps (MMR) Vaccine in Children Aged 12 Months to 15 Years Old in Southern Iran, Ahvaz in 2018
Comparing Seroprotective Levels of IgG Antibody Against Single and Two Shots of Measles-Rubella-Mumps (MMR) Vaccine in Children Aged 12 Months to 15 Years Old in Southern Iran, Ahvaz in 2018 - Pages 150-156 Roohangiz Nashibi, Fatemeh Ahmadi, Ghazaleh Keshvadi and Mohammad Hosein Keshvadi Published: 12 September 2019 |
Abstract: Background and Objective: Despite inclusive measles and rubella vaccination programs, the epidemics are still present in some areas. The present study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of these two vaccines simultaneously by testing the levels of IgG antibodies in children aged 12 months to 15 years old in Southern Iran. Keywords: Students, physical constitution, anthropometry, sexual dimorphism, physical development, healthy lifestyle, physical training.
