Abstract: The association between Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Offending behaviour is well documented in Literature. The DSM IV and the NICE Clinical guidelines state that Hyperactivity, Impulsiveness and poor concentration are the core features of this condition. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder can be seen as a Neurodevelopmental disorder and a spectrum disorder.

In this case report the discontinuation of pharmacological treatment with Modified release preparation of Methyl phenidate Hydrochloride led to an escalation of offending behaviour within a few weeks which resulted in an admission into a Secure Children’s facility in Leeds West Yorkshire and Subsequent ‘Electronic tagging’ in a 15 year old.

Some young persons with ADHD can present with ‘complex needs’ and Health care professionals, Drug workers and other staff as well as Forensic Physicians working within the Custodial and Forensic settings would need to be sensitive and responsive to their needs in order to ensure the continuity of treatment for as long as is practicable and achievable even whilst in custody.

The importance of multidisciplinary and multiagency working with a ‘joined up’ approach so as to maximise out come is highlighted.

Abstract: The social and communication impairments among those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may result in some unknowingly harassing someone while pursuing a romantic interest. Weiner’s (1974) Attribution Theory suggests that when people attribute negative behaviors to a condition, they perceive less controllability, and evoke fewer negative emotions and punishments. The authors applied Attribution Theory using a sample of 545 undergraduates who received one of three vignettes depicting a male harassing a female romantic interest (no mention of ASD, mention of ASD, mention of ASD and difficulty with social relationships and communication). Those who received the vignettes that mentioned the perpetrator had ASD perceived the behavior as less controllable and fewer supported punishment. The results demonstrate support for disclosing one’s ASD diagnosis and communicating any social or communication difficulties to others in the event there are miscommunications that could lead to punitive consequences.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of individual customer service quality improvement in the field of provided deposit and credit services. This problem is a priority in determining any commercial bank strategy, since both deposit and credit policies determine the effectiveness of a credit institution development, which largely depends on the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the management aspects of the deposit and credit policy improvement in the field of commercial bank customer servicing. In the course of the work, they used the elements of system analysis, statistical research methods (summary and grouping, calculation of average values), and SWOT analysis. To assess customer satisfaction, the authors studied the Internet reviews of the largest regional bank of the Primorsky Territory of Russia - PJSC SKB of Primorye "Primsotsbank". The use of the indicated methods in the study made it possible to assess the quality of services provided to clients, identify the problems in their service sector, and develop the measures for their elimination. The results obtained are the basis for making managerial decisions to improve the deposit and credit policy of the studied bank and can be used in commercial banks' practice.

Abstract: The paper analyzed the problem of accessibility of content in other languages, it was found that many content may not be translated into the native language of users who want to access it, but at the same time there are many who want to help other users with this problem. The solution is a special information system that allows you to easily register and create your own translation, in which other users can participate, or join another already created one and help. As a result, the interested user can easily download the translation result and use it at his own discretion. The analysis of business processes for the creation and translation of the text was carried out. Based on this analysis, requirements for a future solution were developed. Business requirements were also identified. Among other things, a system use case model was developed and use case specifications were described. Lists with functional and non-functional requirements have also been developed. The functional model of the system was shown - algorithms: authorization, registration, password recovery, creating a new translation, generating a file with a new translation, generating a list of translations, managing users, viewing a translation, editing a translation text, checking the correctness of a translation, and moderating translations. A class diagram was developed, where you can see the main entities of the system and their relationships. A sequence diagram was also developed. The architecture of the information system was described. The system was implemented using the React.JS library and the Spring framework. The main processes of the system users were also described.

Abstract: This paper presents a mixed method of inquiry into most of the public notions, shaping the Sudanese immigrant community’s perception Australia wide. Firstly, a qualitative review regarding two remarks by Australian public figures will be considered and analyzed; and secondly, Bayesian analysis (BA) will be considered to analyze the randomness of the crimes: BA, is a highly predictive methodological tool used in a wide range of applications. For example, in predicting of crimes based on prior occurrences of an offence or groups of offences. Thus, the Bayesian analysis considers the hypothesized relationship between ‘Ethnicity and Criminality’; the emphasis is on the recorded Crime figures involving immigrant youth of the Sudanese-born residing in the state of Victoria. The figures are drawn mainly from the Australian statistical agencies and media sources; the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), media reports, community’s prison population (CPP) and the overall Sudanese immigrant population in Australia (SIPA); comparative considerations with the overall Australian population (APP) and the Australian-born prison population (ABPP) from the years 2006 to 2007 will be looked into. The study concludes by suggesting the policy implication of this findings and future research directions.
